Sound & Spa at The Alfriston is a calm and intimate evening designed to encourage deep relaxation and restoration. Led by holistic guide Olivia Hempstead, this experience combines sound healing with time in the Signet Spa, offering a gentle way to unwind both body and mind.

Through the use of crystal alchemy bowls, gongs and other healing instruments, guests are invited to pause, settle into stillness and allow soothing vibrations to support relaxation and balance.

Crafted from high-purity quartz crystal, the instruments used during the session create resonant tones that are felt as much as they are heard. These vibrations are designed to support meditation, calm the nervous system and encourage a sense of grounding and ease.

Olivia brings over a decade of experience across a range of holistic practices, including sound healing, yoga, meditation and breathwork. Her sessions are welcoming and inclusive, with no prior experience required.
